The location was perfect! But the management is superior amongst all of the amenities that are offered. Layla and Chris are hands down the most kind, warm, thoughtful loving people I have ever encountered! My family of 6 had to house in their 2 bed suite for 1 full month. They treated us like family. We lost a million keys, made water splashes in the pool, laughed loud past quiet time! And they loved us just like their own. I cried many nights thinking how lucky we were to be able go house as a temporary Hampton family member. I highly recommend this location for their service, staff and everything else! - Ty.

I scheduled through my Hilton App. I am a Hilton honors member. I saw pictures of a hottub, therefore I was under the impression that there was one available for use. Wrong. The male manager was quite rude and unapologetic, didn't seem like he wanted to help me. I would not have stayed here if I knew there was no hot tub. He treated me as if I was making it up that I saw pictures of a hot tub. I will not stay here again. It's not so much to hot tub issue, but the way he was towards me.

I just checked out 3 days ago. Honestly I should have made the decision to leave upon entering the room. We had to stay with the girls hockey team throughout the tournament. My floor was wet and sticky. The bottom of my feet were orange for a minute. The last day I pulled my sheets back. I didn’t eat in bed nor did I sleep on the side of the bed with crumbs as my suitcase was on the bed because of the floors poor condition. I was asked before the third night if I wanted to change rooms. I figure I had muddled through and needed to stay. I hope they put some of these rooms out of commission until they are properly dealt with. The staff at the hotel couldnt have been more helpful. It was a bad situation.

The staff was super super nice especially with young kids. And the rooms were clean. Breakfast was very mediocre but everything else was great. We would stay here again!

Good location to Sheridan. The front desk agent was very nice. The hardware in the bathroom should be replaced. The faucet handle on both the sink and the shower was very loose and plastic. The temperature is very hot you could accidentally get burned by it.

We stayed here last weekend. Very friendly staff. It was clean for the most part. Our room was clean. The breakfast was slightly lacking compared to other Hampton Inns that we have stayed at, but what was there was very good.
